Twin Lakes to offer canoe trips

Twin Lakes State Park will hold afternoon canoe trips beginning Saturday from 4-5:30 p.m. This will be a continued event happening every other Saturday ending Oct. 29 (weather permitting).
Each trip will last an hour-and-a-half. The trip takes participants on a relaxing paddle around Prince Edward Lake in search of wildlife and to discover the history of the park.
The trips will begin at the Prince Edward Lake boat ramp.
Children under 4 are not permitted in canoes. Children ages 5-10 must be accompanied by one adult in each canoe.
Afternoon trips are $5 per person, with a group rate of $4 per person for groups of four or more. There is a maximum of 12 persons per trip.
