Prince Edward County Middle School held its annual SOL (Standards of Learning) Night on April 7.  About 30 families attended this event, which prepares students and families for the upcoming state assessments. Each family attended break-out sessions according to their grade where grade level teachers discussed what to expect on SOLs and how parents can help students prepare for them at home. Each student was given an SOL “survival kit” and entered into a raffle for themed baskets.
