A dinner concert featuring Kathy Whatley will be held on Saturday, April 23, 5-7 p.m. at the VFW Hall, 14151 W. James Anderson Hwy., Buckingham. Whatley, who has been performing since the age of 14, has portrayed Patsy Cline in different venues and also performs in the “Tribute to Patsy Cline” at the Virginia Beach oceanfront.
