FARMVILLE — Three members of Farmville’s Town Council will face no opposition in the May 3 election.

The deadline for candidates to file the appropriate paperwork was March 1.

Voters will only see incumbents Dan Dwyer, Donald Hunter and J.J. “Jamie” Davis on the ballot in this year’s election.

Dwyer currently serves as an at-large representative, while Hunter represents Ward D and Davis represents Ward E.

The deadline to register to vote to be eligible to participate in the general election is April 11 at 4:30 p.m.
