STEPS Head Start in Cumberland County is now recruiting 3-and 4-year olds for the 2016-17 school year.  STEPS Head Start is a federal-funded program that offers free services to children who meet the eligibility requirements regardless of gender, race, religious affiliation or disability. Parents of children with special needs (mental and/or physical disabilities) are strongly encouraged to apply. Transportation may be provided.
