Moton holds community breakfast

The Moton Museum and event sponsor Centra Southside Community Hospital recently hosted its monthly community prayer breakfast. February prayer leaders included, from left, the Rev. Elaine M. Tola, Centra Hospice; Ernestine Monroe, Sharon Baptist Church; the Rev. Kaye VanLandingham, Union Baptist Church; Loretta Wood, New Bethel Baptist Church; Ruth Mitchell, Sharon Baptist Church; and Carol Sanger, Crewe United Methodist Church. The Moton breakfast is held the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 a.m. and is free and open to the public.
