APPOMATTOX — Sixteen Fee Free Days are planned by the National Park Service in 2016. The first is Jan. 16,  a national holiday celebrating the birthday, life, and legacy of the leader of the American Civil Rights Movement, the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
