James R. Ennis, retiring commonwealth’s attorney, was recently honored by the Prince Edward County Board of Supervisors. Ennis, who served as the county’s commonwealth’s attorney since 1991, was presented a plaque commending his service to the county during a recent board of supervisors meeting.
