TJ Mosley, of Buckingham, set a new 100% Raw Powerlifting Virginia state record for bench press lifting on Dec. 12 at a competition at Zion Crossroads. Mosley bench pressed 424.9 pounds in the 181-pound-and-under open weight class. Mosley broke his own record of lifting 407.9 pounds, which he accomplished in January 2014.
