PRINCE EDWARD — A 23-year-old North Carolina man has been charged in Prince Edward County with four felony drug violations, including allegedly selling drugs on or near a school or library.

Keith Barrett Flynn faces charges of manufacturing, sale or possession of a controlled substance, schedule I or II drug; two counts of selling drugs near a school or library and manufacturing, sale or possession of a controlled substance.

Flynn was arrested on Dec. 7, according to Prince Edward County Sheriff’s Office arrest records.
