The Buckingham County Board of Supervisors honored outgoing member E.A. “Bill” Talbert, right, during its meeting on Monday. Talbert represented District Three on the board of supervisors for many years, and chose not to seek re-election in November. Talbert received a slate clock and a Buckingham County flag.
