Mrs. Mary Lou Gould, 2521 Cumberland Road, will offer home-cooked dinners to benefit the needy at Christmas on Saturday from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. The menu includes chicken (baked and fried), pig feet, mac and cheese, potato salad, string beans, greens, rolls, muffins, cakes and pie for $7.50. Gould, who purchases gifts for the needy and those in nursing homes every year at Christmas, has been holding her benefit dinner for the past 27 years. For more information call (434) 392-4415.
