The Farmville Area Chamber of Commerce recently presented the Longwood University Real Estate Foundation with the chamber’s Looking Our Best award for November. The foundation recently purchased a piece of property and truly spruced it up and provided some much-needed parking for the faculty and staff for Longwood. The new parking lot has 41 spaces. The chamber said that the foundation landscaped the area well and did a lovely job. The chamber congratulates Longwood and the foundation for its great work helping to make the area improve and look its best.
