The Buckingham Knights (10-1) brought their “A-game” Friday night as they triumphed over the Martinsville Bulldogs (4-6) 47-7.

Standout Leon Ragland was the leader of no mercy as he scored five touchdowns on 8-, 5-, 4-, 9- and 73-yard touchdowns.

Ragland also earned his 40th touchdown (on 38 carries and two receptions) of the season with his performance.

Rajheem Holman followed with 5- and 50-yard touchdowns.

With the win, the Knights advance to the second round of the VHSL 2A West playoffs where they will travel to Richlands High School on either Friday or Saturday.
