The diaconate ministry of the Gravel Hill Baptist Church of Jetersville will hold a deacons worship service on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. This year’s theme is “God is Able.” Guest speakers will be Deacon Brenda Jones, Cellar Creek Baptist Church, Blackstone; Deacon Jonathan Prince, St. James Baptist Church, Beaverdam; Deacon James Booth, Gravel Hill. The worship leader will be Deacon Sydney Hill, of St. Matthew’s Baptist Church, Kenbridge. High Rock Baptist Church Male Choirs of Rice are musical guests. Dinner will follow. All are invited.
