FARMVILLE — The Southside Virginia Tea Party Patriots will host a candidates forum on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. at the Farmville-Prince Edward Community Library.

“It will provide an opportunity for Prince Edward voters to meet their candidates and hear directly from them about the issues,” said Cindy Koether, an event spokesperson. “All candidates for public office in Prince Edward County, regardless of political party, have been invited to participate. This includes candidates for the offices of board of supervisors, sheriff, commonwealth attorney, clerk of the court, treasurer, commissioner of revenue, and soil and water conservation directors.”

The event is free and open to the public.
