Pianist Reynerson To Give Longwood Concert

Pianist Rodney Reynerson will present a concert Monday, Nov. 1, at 7:30 p.m. in Longwood University's Wygal Auditorium.
Dr. Reynerson is professor of piano at Appalachian State University, where he has taught since 1980 and coordinates the keyboard area. He has performed extensively through the United States as soloist, in duo piano recitals, as accompanist and as concerto soloist with chamber orchestras. The program will feature works by Samuel Barber, Johannes Brahms, Maurice Ravel, Sergei Rachmaninoff and George Gershwin.
Reynerson received graduate degrees at the Indiana University School of Music where he studied with internationally renowned pianists Jorge Bolet and Menahem Pressler.
