In execution of a deed of trust from Timothy L. Woodson, Sr. and Ella M. Woodson, dated December 2, 1993, recorded in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, Cumberland County, Virginia, Deed Book 194, page 446, the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at public auction, the property described in said deed of trust, with all improvements thereon, containing two (2) acres, more or less, east of Route #45, south of Jamestown Road (Route #657) about one (1) mile +/- east of Route #712, being northeast of Farmville, per plat recorded in said Clerk's Office in Deed Book 140, page 169, Randolph District, Cumberland County, Virginia (Tax ID # 105-A-54; address may n/f be: 24 Allen Drive, Farmville, VA 23901) together with any applicable rights of ways and easements.

Sale to be held at the front door of the building which houses the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, Cumberland, Virginia on November 9, 2010, at 12:00 NOON.

Sale subject to all restrictions, easements, agreements and all conditions or matters of record.

TERMS: Cash – Settlement in full within 10 days of sale date. Additional terms may be announced at time of sale.

Deposit of $3,500.00 shall be required in CASH, CASHIERS OR CERTIFIED CHECK at time and place of sale.
