A 30-year-old Cumberland County man is accused of attempting to rape an adult and having sexual relations with numerous underage girls.

According to the Cumberland Sheriff’s Office, Bradley Stephen Dunham Jr., of Meador Road, is being charged with attempted rape, sodomy or penetration and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

According to Capt. Dennis Ownby, Dunham “has been apparently having ongoing sexual relations with numerous underage girls.”

The alleged victims’ ages range from 13-16, he said, and the adult victim is 20 years old.

Dunham was arrested Sept. 3.

The incidents allegedly took place between April and Sept. 3, Ownby said.

He couldn’t say if Dunham would face additional charges in connection with the incidents.
