Notice is hereby given that Henrico County Department of Public Utilities has requested authorization from the Marine Resources Commission to install a temporary 0.30 MGD raw water intake into the James River, at River Mile 160 near the mouth of Cobbs Creek, to provide a water source for the contractor during the construction of the Cobbs Creek Reservoir Project in Cumberland County.
