In execution of a deed of trust, from KIMBERLY D. FARHNER, dated September 20, 2013, in the principal amount of $140,991.58, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the County of Buckingham, Virginia, in Deed Book 410, at page 974, Seth E. Twery, P.C. having been appointed Trustee pursuant to the terms of the aforesaid deed of trust, due to default in payment of the debt secured, the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in front of the Courthouse for the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia on the 29th day of September, 2015, at 10:45 a.m. that certain tract of real estate known as 1629 Union Church Rd., Gladstone, Virginia 24553 situated in the County of Buckingham, Virginia, being more particularly described as follows:

All that certain tract or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situated in the James River District, Buckingham County, Virginia, containing 4.39 acres, more or less, being shown on a plat entitled, “Boundary Line Adjustment Plat, TM 146-3-2 being the property owned by Kimberly D. Fahrner, Deed Book 409, page 214”, dated August 19, 2013 made by Watson and Duggan, PLC, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia, in Deed Book 410, page 977.

Sale subject to all conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements, if any of record and now applicable thereto.
