CVA opens Farmville exhibit

Central Virginia Arts has a new art exhibit at the Prince Edward County Health Department, 111 South Street, Farmville. The exhibit, a public service of CVA, is offered to enhance the Health Department’s waiting room and hallways, while displaying the work of local artists.
The paintings and photographs are by CVA members Shirley Blackwell, David Culler, Marianne Dennison, Donna McRae-Jones, Bart Kendrick, Nancy Lockwood, Deborah McClintock, Margaret Stombock and Julie Shield. Their work will be on view from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday through January.
Central Virginia Arts, a partner of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, provides workshops, lectures, exhibits, tours and socials throughout the year.
