First Liberty Baptist Church, 1995 Rock Mill Rd., Dillwyn, will hear the last sermon by the Rev. Earl Pendleton as interim pastor on Saturday at 3 p.m. A fellowship meal will follow in appreciation of Dr. Pendleton’s service as interim pastor. The third Sunday 8 a.m. service has been cancelled for the month of August. Pastor-elect Rev. Tanya Richardson will preach on Sept. 6 at 11 a.m. All are invited.
