The Prince Edward-Farmville Youth Association (PEFYA) Minor All-Star baseball team fell 2-1 to the Dinwiddie Americans tonight in the first round of the District 5 All-Star double-elimination tournament in Blackstone.

Tanner Morris was the sole scorer for PEFYA with the first run of the game in the first inning.

The PEFYA Minors will have one last chance to advance in the tournament when they play Prince George at 5 p.m. on Sunday.
