In execution of a Credit Line Deed of Trust from Steven L. Conwell, Jr., and Jessica Conwell, Husband and Wife, dated October 28, 2009, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, as Instrument No. 200902374, the undersigned Sole Acting Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the front door of the Prince Edward County Courthouse in Farmville, Virginia, on the 17th day of July, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., the following property located in Prince Edward County, Virginia, which property was conveyed in said Credit Line Deed of Trust:
ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT or parcel of real estate, and the improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, fronting on the North side of State Route No. 628 situate in Leigh Magisterial District, Prince Edward County, Virginia, containing 9.53 acres as shown on survey prepared by Donald R. Maxey, L.S., of Maxey-Hines & Associates, P.C., dated June 10, 2002, and recorded as part of Instrument No. 200300303 in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, reference to which said plat is herewith made for a more particular metes and bounds description of the property. The property is bounded on the South by the northern right of way line of State Route No. 628; on the West by property of Charlotte R. Greenhalgh (now or formerly); on the North by the center of Bush River; and on the East by other property of Donald C. Gantt, Jr., and John Gantt.
SUBJECT TO all restrictions, easements, conditions and reservations of record, or apparent from inspection of the said premises, if applicable.
IT BEING IDENTICAL to that property conveyed to S. Larry Conwell, Jr., and Jessica E. Conwell, by Deed of Donald C. Gantt, Jr., and John L. Gantt, by Deed dated February 20, 2004, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, as Instrument No. 200400580.
