The Robert Russa Moton Museum and the Farmville Town Council will hold a public hearing at 6:45 p.m., on Wednesday, December 14, 2011, in the Council Chambers located on the Second Floor of the Farmville Town Hall, 116 North Main Street Farmville Virginia, to hear comments from interested citizens on a proposed application for grant funding through the Transportation Enhancement Program for the Robert Russa Moton Museum Civil Rights In Education Heritage Trail Tourist Center.
