The Tredegar Band will lead the parade at Buckingham's Third Annual Cowboy Day on July 23. The parade begins at 10 a.m. and the celebration is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Tredegar Brass Band performs authentic music from the regimental band books of the Civil War. The band is named after the historic Confederate iron works in Richmond. The group is active in Central Virginia and makes appearances at historic sites and special events.
