All that certain lot or parcel of land, lying and being in the Town of Farmville, Virginia, Prince Edward County, Virginia, containing 0.21 acres, more or less, fronting 60.00 ft on the East side of Ely Street, shown on that certain Plat made by Ralph P. Hines, C.L.S, as the same is duly dedicated platted and recorded, among the land records for Prince Edward County, Virginia, as more particularly described in the referenced Deed of Trust, (the “Property”)

The sale will take place on May 19, 2011, at 12:30 p.m. at the main entrance, to the building housing the Circuit Court for Prince Edward County, Virginia.
