In execution of a Deed of Trust from KENNETH MOOREFIELD, dated March 15, 2002, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, Virginia in Deed Book 259, Page 124, the undersigned Sole Acting Trustee will offer for sale at Public Auction at the front door of the Courthouse of Cumberland County, at Cumberland, Virginia on March 21, 2011 at 11 a.m., the real estate described in such deed of trust as follows:

First: That certain parcel of land in Madison Magisterial District, Cumberland County, Virginia, containing 2.00 acres being shown as Parcel A on a plat of survey made August 23, 1999, by Woodrow K. Cofer, C.L.S., a copy of which plat is of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, Virginia in Deed Book 236, at Page 281. Said land is conveyed together with a 50' access easement providing access to State Route 45 across Parcel B, as shown on said plat.

Second: That certain parcel of land in Madison Magisterial District, Cumberland County, Virginia, containing 2.00 acres being shown on Parcel B on the above mentioned survey, to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the lands herein conveyed. Said land is conveyed subject to the 50' access easement shown on said plat, providing access to Parcel A from State Route 45.
