Virginia Market News Service reported the following weekly ag trends on August 16: State graded feeder cattle mostly 5.00 to 15.00 higher. Feeder cattle at regular auction sales mostly steady to 12.00 lower. Slaughter cows uneven, ranging 8.00 lower to 6.00 higher. Wheat .10 lower, new crop .13 lower. Corn mostly steady, new crop mostly steady. Soybeans .39-.55 lower, new crop .39 lower.
