NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE OF

In execution of a deed of trust, from ALICE S. HARRISON AND KATHERINE W. SMITH, dated December 10, 1999, in the original principal amount of $23,607.11, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the County of Prince Edward, Virginia, in Deed Book 349, page 682, (Seth E. Twery having been appointed Substitute Trustee under instrument of record in said Clerk's Office as Instrument No 200500949), due to default in payment of the debt secured, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction those certain tracts of real estate described below on the front steps of the Courthouse for the Circuit Court of Prince Edward, Virginia on the 24th day of February, 2011, at 10:30 a.m., the following described real estate situated in the County of Prince Edward, Virginia:
All that certain tract, piece or parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon and all appurtenances thereunto appertaining, situate, lying and being in Leigh Magisterial District, Prince Edward County, Virginia, containing 3.00 acres, being more particularly described on a plat of survey made by Donald R. Maxey, Land Surveyor, of Maxey-Hines & Associates, P. C., dated August 10, 1999 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County, Virginia, in Deed Book 349, at page 686.Reference is hereby made to said plat for a more particular metes and bounds description as contained in said plat. The description contained in said plat is incorporated herein by reference as if same were textually herein contained. Part of Tax Map No. 115-A-13.
Included along with the real estate is a 1991 Vogue Mobile Home, Serial No. NCFLL41A18165VO.
Sale subject to all conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements, if any of record and now applicable thereto.
