The Cumberland County Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, February 22, 2011, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard to conduct a public hearing pursuant to Virginia Code Section 15.2-2204, which such hearing may be continued or adjourned, as required under applicable law, to consider recommendations to the County Board of Supervisors regarding the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for Fiscal Years 2011-2012 through 2015-2016.

The meeting shall be conducted in room C-8 of the Cumberland County Community Center (formerly known as the Cumberland County Middle School) which has the physical address of 1874 Anderson Highway, Cumberland, Virginia 23040. The building is accessed from Route 628 (Forest View Road).

Information regarding the Capital Improvement Plan is available for public review at the office of the Cumberland County Planning Department, County Administration Building, 1 Courthouse Circle, Cumberland, Virginia between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm each business day. The public is invited to attend these hearings at which persons affected may appear and present their views. Questions or comments may be directed to Mr. Andrew V.
