ORDER OF PUBLICATION

The object of this proceeding is to have the Trustees of Maysville Presbyterian Church, of 12945 W. James Anderson Hwy., Buckingham Court House, Virginia (the “petitioner”) obtain judicial authorization and approval for the disinterment and reinterment of certain human remains in the cemetery of the aforesaid church in order to accommodate and facilitate the construction of an addition to the church building of the petitioner.

An affidavit having been made and filed in this cause that: due diligence has been used by and on behalf of the petitioner to ascertain the identities of and in what city, county and state the respondents herein reside, without effect, and that the names and addresses of the respondents remain unknown. The verified petition in this cause identifying the respondents herein as follows: the respective unknown descendants, heirs at law and personal representatives of Capt. John W. Fisher, Nannie E. Hall, Thomas B. Hall, Mary M. Patteson, Samuel C. Patteson, Mary Parrack, Thomas Parrack, Segub H. Parrack and Ann L. Miles, all of said named persons being now deceased, who are designated as respondents and proceeded against herein by the general description of “PARTIES UNKNOWN”; and any unknown person who may be a descendant, heir at law and/or personal representative of any deceased person buried in the cemetery of Maysville Presbyterian Church which is located behind the church building which is adjacent to U. S. Route #60 in the village of Buckingham Court House in Buckingham County, Virginia, said unknown persons being designated respondents herein by the general description of “PARTIES UNKNOWN.”

It is therefore ORDERED that said respondents do appear on or before Friday, the 18th day of

March 2011, and do what is necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
