NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

In execution of a Deed of Trust from James E. Bailey dated January 28, 2008, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, Virginia, as Instrument Number 20081137, and Tax Map Number 073-A-40B; default having occurred in the payment of interest and principal thereby secured, and at the request of the holder of the note secured thereby, the undersigned will offer the below described property for sale at public auction to the highest bidder for cash on Monday, February 21, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., on the front steps of the Cumberland County Courthouse Building, 1 Courthouse Circle, Cumberland, Virginia 23040, the said property being described as follows:
ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Madison Magisterial District, Cumberland County, Virginia, containing 2.0 acres, and known and designated as Parcel “B” as shown on that certain Plat made by Edmund C. Burruss, Land Surveyor, dated March 2, 1998, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Cumberland County, Virginia, in Deed Book 222 at Page 212. Reference to said Plat is hereby expressly given for a more accurate and complete description of said property.
By Instrument dated June 5, 2009 and recorded in the above mentioned Clerk's Office, the Designation of Substitute Trustee was recorded and Hazel B. Burley was appointed as Substitute Trustee in place of Jody Holyst Farris and Elizabeth Taylor Carter.
