Bruce W. Eldredge, of Midlothian, passed away May 3, at the age of 89. 

He is survived by his wife, Elfriede of 68 years, son, Ernest (Debbie) Eldredge; daughter, Eva (George) Honaker; four grandchildren, Charlene Honaker-Ryan, Rochelle Eldredge, John and James Eldredge, great-grandsons, Aarron Honaker and Kristopher Navarrette, great-great granddaughter, Salem Grace Honaker and sister, Barbara J. Stevenson. 

He was predeceased by his beloved son, Bruce L. Eldredge and grandson, SPC Christopher Honaker. 

Bruce was raised in Chatham, Massachusetts. He joined the U.S. Air Force in 1953 and retired as a TSGT after 20 years of faithful service. He also worked for Lockheed Martin and then Civil Service at Ft. Pickett. 

A private family service will be held with a Celebration of Life later. Contributions in Bruce’s honor can be made to the Fisher House, 1201 Broad Creek Road, Richmond, VA 23224.
