Milton Eldridge Sr., 87 of Dillwyn, passed away March 17. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 23, at 11 a.m., at Holy Trinity Baptist Church. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Reid’s Funeral Home of Dillwyn is serving the family.

Virgie Mae Colbert Yates, 85 of Meherrin, passed away March 17. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 23, at 2 p.m., at New Bethel Baptist Church, Meherrin. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Bland-Reid Funeral Home of Farmville is serving the family.

Loveleen Webster, 78 of Rice, passed away March 16. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 24, at 2 p.m, at High Rock Baptist Church. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Carl U. Eggleston Funeral Establishment is serving the family.

Rosemary G. Evans, who passed on Nov. 28, 2023, will have a celebration of life on Saturday, April 6, at Calvary Baptist Church, 31139 N. James Madison Hwy., New Canton, at 11 a.m., with lunch provided. If you desire, you can bring a dessert. There will be a take home remembrance for those that attend.
