For each school month, a Buckingham High senior is recognized and then in May, the district hosts a banquet in their honor. Each of the 10 seniors chooses a Buckingham County Public Schools (BCPS) staff member who has had an impact on them and they recognize that person that night with a speech and a plaque they present to them. Also each school month, a staff member is recognized as the employee of the month for their dedication to BCPS and the students. For March, the Senior of the Month is Michael Dowse, pictured above with Superintendent Dr. John Keeler. The Employee of the Month is Lisa Coleman, pictured above with Superintendent Dr. John Keeler.
