The object of this suit is to obtain order for declaratory relief regarding a 2004 Clayton Manufactured Home (VIN HHC015445NCAB) located at 601 Social Hall Road, New Canton, Virginia, having it declared that it is an improvement, thus real property.

An affidavit having been filed that due diligence has been used to ascertain the location of Robert Duff and Sandra Duff, without success;

It is hereby ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Farmville Herald, and that the parties named herein appear on February 7, 2012 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Buckingham, Virginia and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit.
