In execution of a Deed of Trust in the original principal amount of $245,000.00, with an annual interest rate of 6.2500% from SEAN PRIEST dated June 2, 2008, recorded among the land records of the Circuit Court for the COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND as Deed Book/Instrument Number 20080846, the undersigned appointed Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the COUNTY OF CUMBERLAND, at the front of the Circuit Court building for the County of Cumberland located at Route 60, County Office Building, Cumberland, Virginia on December 21, 2012 at 4:00 PM, the property with improvements to wit:

CONTAINING 28.74 ACRES, LYING IN THE MADISON DISTRICT OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, VIRGINIA, AND SITUATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF HIGHWAY #13 AND DESIGNATED AS LOT #7, ON A PLAT RECORDED IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE, CIRCUIT COURT, CUMBERLAND COUNTY, VIRGINIA, IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 12.
