TEXAS, December 11 – Sergeant Major Timothy Dean Shapiro, USA, Ret., 53, of Copperas Cove, TX, passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2012 at his home.

He is survived by his wife, Jamileth Shapiro and their daughter, Lia Shapiro of Copperas Cove; parents, Walter Shapiro Sr. and Martha Shapiro of Farmville; and brother, Paul of Dillwyn. He was preceded in death by a sister, Deborah Sue Shapiro, and brothers, Walter Neil Shapiro Jr. and Donald Eugene Shapiro.

Memorials may be given to New Century Hospice of Central Texas, 451 E. Central Texas Expressway, Harker Heights, TX 76548.
