The Judith Randolph-Longwood (JR-L) Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, will be sponsoring its third annual Wreaths Across America event on Dec. 16, at noon at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Rice. The public is invited to come and participate in this meaningful and patriotic event.
