PE Squad Care: A Dime A Day For The Time Of Your Life
Published 2:40 pm Tuesday, November 27, 2012
The Prince Edward Volunteer Rescue Squad (PEVRS) is once again offering its Squad Care enrollment that allows an entire household-immediate family living in the home-to benefit from the annual membership.
Membership has more than its privileges. For just $35, the entire household is covered for out-of-pocket expenses for the uninsured portion of PEVRS charges for medically necessary ambulance transportation to the hospital, including any costs for co-insurance and deductible not covered by insurance.
The effective date for membership, new or renewal, is December 31, so give yourself and your family the gift of Squad Care coverage for the new year. Doing so will help you and your loved ones, should the need arise in 2013, while providing the rescue squad with income it will use to maintain the highest level of equipment and training for those who donate so much of their lives to being ready to respond should your life ever be on the line.
And all for one payment of $35, which is just 72 cents a week. About a dime a day.
A penny for your thoughts?
A few pennies for your life.
