Virginia Market News Service reported the following weekly ag trends on October 6: In Virginia, state graded feeder cattle uneven, ranging 3.00 lower to 5.00 higher. Feeder cattle at regular auction sales mostly 6.00 to 14.00 lower. Slaughter cows mostly 4.00 to 10.00 lower. Wheat new crop .06 higher. Corn mostly .09 higher. Soybeans mostly .20 lower, new crop .20 lower.
