Aimee Harris, of Farmville, and R. Kenneth Hatcher Jr. of Trenholm, happily announce their marriage on a beautiful fall afternoon, October 19. The couple wed at Muddy Creek Baptist Church in Powhatan surrounded by their children, Jacob, Jon, Reagan and Ryley, Ken's grandparents the Reverend and Mrs. Vimpeny, their parents Anita and Ralph Harris, of Farmville, Rebecca and Kenneth Hatcher, of Trenholm, along with their siblings and their families.

The Reverend Vimpeny, grandfather of the groom, and the Reverend Peppler, minister of Muddy Creek Baptist Church, performed the wedding ceremony.

A reception is planned in December. The newlyweds will honeymoon in the Cayman Islands this spring, 2013. The couple will make their home in Trenholm.

Aimee is a LPC at Hope for Tomorrow Counseling Center in Farmville.

Ken is the vice president of Virginia Community Bank in Zion Crossroads.
