In execution of a Deed of Trust dated October 11, 2006, recorded in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, Buckingham County, in Deed Book 336, at page number 680, the undersigned will offer for sale at public auction the property described in and conveyed by said Deed of Trust, being known and designated as:

All that certain lot or parcel of land together with the improvements thereon, if any, and the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate, lying and being in the County of Buckingham, Virginia, known and designated as Lot 12, containing 7.35 Acres, as shown on a certain plat entitled “TAPSCOTT SUBDIVISION, SLATE RIVER DISTRICT, BUCKINGHAM COUNTY, VIRGINIA” dated February 17, 1997 and March 31,1997, revised June 27, 1997 and made by William W. Dickerson, Jr., L.C., which plat is recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Buckingham County, Virginia in Plat Cabinet A, Part of Slide A-81, to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the property.

Sale shall take place on August 9, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at the front entrance of the Circuit Court building, Buckingham County, Virginia. Sale shall be subject to all matters of record lawfully affecting the title to the property. The property will be sold “as is” without any guaranty or representation as to condition or title and will be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be announced at the sale.

The successful bidder may be required to deposit 10% of the sale price in cash or by cashiers or certified check at the time his bid is accepted. Settlement in full shall take place within 10 days of sale and shall be in cash or by cashiers or certified check.
