In execution of a Deed of Trust dated September 1, 1998, recorded in the Clerk's Office, Circuit Court, Prince Edward County, in Deed Book 324, at page number 202, the undersigned will offer for sale at public auction the property described in and conveyed by said Deed of Trust, being known and designated as: ALL THAT certain lot, piece or parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto belonging, lying and being in the Prospect District of Price Edward County, Virginia, containing 3.15 acres, designated as Lot 5 in Four Allen's Subdivision, made by Acres Surveyors dated January 18, 1994, recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince Edward County in Plat Book 6, at Page 170 and 171, to which plat reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the property hereby conveyed.

Sale shall take place on May 17, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at the front entrance of the Circuit Court building, Prince Edward County, Virginia. Sale shall be subject to all matters of record lawfully affecting the title to the property. The property will be sold “as is” without any guaranty or representation as to condition or title and will be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be announced at the sale.

The successful bidder may be required to deposit 10% of the sale price in cash or by cashiers or certified check at the time his bid is accepted. Settlement in full shall take place within 10 days of sale and shall be in cash or by cashiers or certified check.
