This PUBLIC NOTICE provides an opportunity for citizens of the Town of Farmville to comment on the Town's application for funding under the Federal Transit Administration's Section 5311 rural transportation program. The FTA funding will assist the Town of Farmville to recover a portion of the operating and capital costs for the Farmville Area Bus for the period of October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2013. A copy of the application may be examined at the Farmville Area Bus office, 502 Doswell Street, Farmville, Virginia on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
