CUMBERLAND, March 20 – William “Bill” Henry Rousch, 71, of Cumberland, died Wednesday, March 14, 2012 in Richmond.

He is survived by two daughters, two sons, two grandsons, two brothers and two sisters.

A funeral service was conducted in the Chapel of Doyne-Burger-Davis Funeral Home on Saturday, March 17 with interment in Trinity Memorial Gardens, Rice.
