February 23 – Happy Birthday wishes are sent out to Sarah Davis, of New Canton, celebrating on Friday, February 24, and Georgia Kitchen, of Dillwyn, celebrating on Thursday, March 1.

Pete and Annie May Miles, of Dillwyn, visited in the home of James and Virginia Boyles in Cumberland on Tuesday afternoon, February 21.

Welcome home to Ruby Cogdill of Cumberland who returned home on Tuesday February 7 after spending sometime in the hospital and she is recuperating along nicely as of this writing.

The Arvonia Christian Fellowship Church, located off of U.S. Route 15 North of Dillwyn in Arvonia on State Route 672, will host a Gospel Sing on Saturday, March 3. A buffet supper will begin at 6 p.m. followed by gospel music beginning at 7 p.m. featuring church singers and others. A love offering will be received. All are cordially invited to attend.

Buckingham County Christian Fellowship Association, a non-profit organization due to a scheduled trip to Greensboro, NC on Saturday, March 3, will not hold a regular monthly meeting in March. Meetings will resume in April.
