Virginia Market News Service reported the following weekly ag trends on May 7.
In Virginia, state graded feeder cattle $2 to $9 lower. Feeder cattle at regular auction sales steady to $6 higher. Slaughter cows mostly steady. Wheat 20 cents to 24 cents higher, new crop 24 cents higher. Corn 17 cents to 71 cents higher, new crop 80 cents higher. Soybeans mostly 42 cents to 68 cents higher, new crop 90 cents higher.
